He sounds just like Dom.
The video has been around for a while. His name, apparently, is Lance, and his dad is a member on Mike Portnoy's forum. As someone has spotted, the video is littered with Portnoy trademark licks.
And also apparently, that kid is 15 years old in that video, despite looking like he's 10 or something.
